We are excited to partner with Friends of the Wissahickon for our second clean up event. This time we will be headed to the “Revolutionary Ridge” area to do general trash clean-up, graffiti removal, minor trail work and whatever else the park needs. No experience is necessary.
THINGS TO KNOW:
- You may come all or part of the event.
- Current meeting location will be at the Hermits Lane entrance at 10am.
- We will break into smaller work groups to divide and conquer.
- All clean-up supplies will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own gloves.
- Dress to be outside and in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Close toed shoes required!
- Please bring a refillable water bottle and food. Snack bars will be available.
- Some folks may be climbing after the event. However, you may do so on your own. This is not part of the event nor is EPAC or FOW providing climbing gear or instruction.
