EPAC was formed during the COVID pandemic. While this afforded us the time we needed to get organized and start building the organization, it was not ideal timing for raising funds. We know this situation has affected everyone differently. We also know that businesses in our region and the climbing industry are still recovering. We are extremely grateful for those who have been able to make financial contributions. If you have the means and want to support EPAC’s work, we have a few suggestions:

Even though EPAC is an all volunteer run, there are still costs associated with operations. We maintain insurance to protect our work and our volunteers. We pay operational expenses such as web hosting and printed materials. We also hope to have funds on hand for direct support of any climbing area in need. Give to a Specific Campaign

EPAC covers a huge regional area in Eastern Pennsylvania. We recognize that some folks want to give locally and support their crag or a cause that is important to them. For that reason, we will launch targeted giving campaigns so you can choose exactly what your money goes to support.

Join the Access Fund

If you want to support climbing nationally and locally, then join the Access Fund and select EPAC as a Joint Partner. When you join or renew your membership, you’ll be able to support both organizations with one easy donation. A portion of the proceeds go directly to EPAC.

There are so many platforms for giving from employer matches to crowd/friend funding to percent back on spending. While EPAC is on some of them, we are certainly not on all of them so feel free to let us know what we are missing.
